Shipping Policy
We apply transparent shipping costs. Any shipping costs are clearly stated at checkout and may vary per order.
Goods will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer at the time of ordering, unless otherwise explicitly agreed. The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
For logistical reasons, it is not possible for the customer to pick up the goods.
Processing Time
Our processing time depends on the current stock status and product availability.
We apply the following guidelines:
80% of orders are shipped within 1-3 days.
15% of orders are shipped within 4-8 days.
5% of orders are shipped after 8 days.
If the product is directly in stock, the order is usually shipped within 48 hours. If the product is not directly in stock, the processing time is usually 3-5 days.
Delivery Time
After the order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is usually 4-8 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
In exceptional cases, delivery may take longer, for example due to high volume at carriers, customs checks, local delivery delays, holidays or other external circumstances beyond our control.
We deliver accepted orders with reasonable promptness and no later than 30 days, unless another delivery time has been agreed upon.
If delivery is delayed or if an order cannot be fulfilled completely or partially, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.
International Delivery
Some orders may be shipped directly from our suppliers or logistics partners outside the European Union to the address provided by the customer.
Vidar Mode does not handle the import of goods in the recipient country itself and does not act as the importer of the goods.
Delivery, transport and logistical handling may be carried out entirely or partially by the supplier or by third parties engaged by the supplier.
Import duties and local costs
For international shipments, import VAT, customs duties, customs clearance costs, administration fees from postal or courier services, or other local charges may apply.
These costs are not included in the product price or shipping cost, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Any import-related costs are the responsibility of the customer and are paid directly to the customs authority, postal service, courier service or other authorized party.
Vidar Mode does not receive or collect these amounts for customs authorities, postal services, courier services or other authorities and cannot guarantee the exact amount.
Failed delivery
If the carrier returns the shipped goods because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer may be liable for the costs of the failed delivery.
This applies, among other things, in case of incorrect or incomplete address, if the package is not picked up, if delivery is refused or if the shipment is returned due to unpaid import-related costs.
This does not apply if the customer is not responsible for the circumstances that prevented delivery, or if mandatory law stipulates otherwise.
If the customer exercises their right of withdrawal, the terms described in our general terms and conditions and return policy apply.
Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, the customer usually receives a tracking number via email. It may take a short while for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
Damaged or incorrectly delivered products
If a product is damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered, the customer should contact our customer service as soon as possible via info@vidarmode.com.
We may ask the customer to send clear pictures or videos showing the problem, so that we can assess the case and offer an appropriate solution.
Risk of delivery
The risk of damage or loss of the product rests with Vidar Mode until the order has been delivered to the customer or to a third party designated by the customer.
