Return Policy
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt.
The return period begins on the day you receive the item.
Return Conditions
A return is accepted if:
• The return request is made within 30 days of receipt
• The product has only been used to the extent necessary to evaluate it, as in a physical store
• The product is not damaged or excessively used
• The product, if possible, is returned in its original packaging
• All accompanying parts and accessories are included
If the product has been used more than necessary, a depreciation in value may be deducted from the refund.
Cancellation and Orders in Transit
• Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped
• Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel
• If you no longer want your order, you can refuse delivery or return it after receipt
• Return costs are borne by the customer
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items cannot be returned:
• Underwear and socks where the packaging has been opened
• Items that, for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned and where the seal is broken
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Used, damaged, or worn items
• Incomplete returns
Return Costs
• Return costs are paid by the customer
• Returns are sent to an international return address outside the EU
• Costs may therefore be higher than standard domestic returns
We recommend using a shipment with tracking, as the customer is responsible for the return.
Unclaimed or Refused Packages
If an order is:
• Refused upon delivery
• Not picked up from a pick-up point
• Cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address
we reserve the right to deduct return and shipping costs from the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish for a different size or variant:
• Return the product
• Place a new order
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return:
• The amount will be refunded within 14 days
• The refund will be made via the original payment method
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or you have provided proof that it has been returned.
Notify Return
Returns must always be notified in advance via our contact form.
After notification, you will receive the correct return address and instructions.
Returns without prior notification may be refused.
